Our Veterans Housing & Supportive Services Program (VHSSP) is dedicated to providing comprehensive housing solutions and supportive services to veterans and their families who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Our program offers a range of services designed to support veterans in securing long-term stable housing and achieving self-sufficiency.

Program Components:

Rapid Rehousing (RRH): Short-term housing assistance to quickly move veterans and their families from homelessness into stable housing. We provide financial support for deposits, rent, and utilities and case management services to ensure long-term success.

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH):
Safe, long-term housing solutions for veterans with chronic homelessness or disabilities, combined with essential services such as case management, healthcare, and mental health support. This program aims to promote housing stability and independence.

Supportive Services for Veterans and Families (SSVF):
A wide range of services that help prevent homelessness and ensure housing stability. We provide case management, financial assistance for rent and utilities, job search support, mental health services, and family services to help veterans and their families thrive.

How We Help:

Housing Assistance: We provide veterans and their families with the tools they need to secure and maintain safe, stable housing.

Case Management: Our experienced case managers work closely with each veteran to develop a personalized plan, connecting them to essential services like healthcare, financial support, and employment resources.

Supportive Services: We offer access to mental health and substance abuse treatment, employment assistance, family support services, and more.

Eligibility:

Veterans and their families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Veterans who require short-term or long-term housing solutions and supportive services.
